Natural Pools & G. S.r.l. informs users of the site that the data collected will be used exclusively for the purposes specified below, and to keep users updated on news, promotions, and activities of Natural Pools & G. S.r.l.

INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF CUSTOMER AND SUPPLIER PERSONAL DATA

The processing we intend to carry out concerns your personal data, as defined by the GDPR, of which we are or will become aware by virtue of the legal relationships in place with you.

The processing of your data has the following purposes:

  1. a) carrying out administrative and management activities, in compliance with accounting, tax and any other obligations imposed by current legislation;
  2. b) fulfillment of existing contractual and pre-contractual obligations with you;
  3. c) to process your requests for contact with one of our sales representatives for the presentation of the services offered by Natural Pools & G. S.r.l.;

Failure to provide them will make it impossible for us to fulfill and respect the commitments undertaken towards you and deriving from the existing contractual or pre-contractual relationship.

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 3, letter e) is optional and consent must be given according to the methods expressly provided for by article 7 of the GDPR and 130 of the Privacy Code.

Communications relating to marketing activities may take place through the use of traditional methods (e.g., paper mail, telephone calls with an operator), automated (e.g., telephone calls without an operator) and similar methods (e.g.: fax, e-mail, SMS , newsletters).
